I'm just a small town girl, with dreams of running away to live in the forest in a little cottage, away from the demands of real life. But since society wont let me live my best life, I figured I should do the next best thing, and run away into the forest and meditate, even if only for a little while. Afterall even with all the modern miracles of medicine, spending time in nature is the best to heal the soul.

Hi! My name is Sherry. I'm a wife, mother and solo practitioner. When I'm not busy trying to ignore the world that I can not change, I wonder about the things I can accomplish. Once upon a time, i used to talk myself out of trying new things because I might fail. Then one day I realized I have nothing to lose, because If I try and fail, I'm still in the same spot I was not trying at all. That change in perspective changed my entire life. I no longer let people tell me "No, we can't do that because..." Now I try, because what's the worst that can happen, I succeed? Change and new life ventures are scary for everyone, but change is inevitable in life, and its the attitude we approach it with that matters. I chose positivity!
